This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement. Our entire liability will be limited exclusively to replacing a faulty CD if the fault is due to our quality control lapse. In addition, in no event shall we, or our principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use, or inability to use Lottonet Integra Xp-01 program.

The exception is our COMPENSATION Warranty which applies to non performance of Lottonet Systems only, under conditions specified in Compensation Warranty.

IN ADDITION, this Program is designed and programmed to run on Microsoft Windows Xp and 32 bit Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Installation on any other Microsoft operating system such as Windows 98se, Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT, excluding 64 bit operating systems, is the sole responsibility of the user! Although we have included on the Program Installation CD all required files for upgrading/installing DotNet Framework and latest version of Internet Explorer for upgrade purposes on other then Windows Xp Operating System, it is entirely up to the user, to upgrade the operating system and subsequently install the Lottonet Integra Xp-01. We will under no circumstances be held responsible for any problems arising from the inability of the user to successfully upgrade Windows 98se/Me/2000. If installation problem persist and can not be resolved by the user, he/she should seek professional help to resolve any Windows 98se/Me/2000 problems.

In addition, the user must make sure that it has Microsoft Access Database program and WINZIP program installed. Failing to do that will result in inability to run Lottonet Integra Xp-01 program.
